Located on Eagle Run Drive in Northwest Omaha, this Orangetheory gym location offers a quick and convenient way to get your workout in. Whether you’re a busy professional, parent or student, you’ll appreciate how efficiently an Orangetheory session helps you burn calories and energizes you.
The Orangetheory workout is challenging but fun. As you rotate between three different exercise stations for a total of 60 minutes of interval exercises, your focus will be on keeping your heart rate at a steady level. Each station is equipped with 12 workout machines, and each set of interval exercises is designed to help build your strength, endurance and power.
Each Orangetheory class is led by a well-trained, enthusiastic trainer who is there not only to guide the class, but to help you clarify your goals so you can get the most out of every Orangetheory session.
The Orangetheory workout system is highly effective, impressively efficient and never boring. And it comes with one more bonus that we like to call The Orange Effect: The extra energy and increased calorie burn you continue to feel for up to a day and a half after your workout!
People of all fitness levels are welcome at Orangetheory. Whether you’re a beginner or already a professional athlete, your gym trainer can help you modify exercises to meet your needs. And with no contracts and the flexibility of pay-as-you-go plans, our packages and pricing truly have something for everyone.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
